1. How do I send self chosen vidyoos to individual contacts on a scheduled date?
   

   Directly under the vidyoo - click "send (schedule) to multiple & single contacts"

   * Choose recipient * Write message * Choose date (if you choose the current date, the vidyoo will be sent immediately) * Finished

   Hint 1: you can also select that your vidyoo will be sent automatically on the contact’s birthday.

   Hint 2: The message of your scheduled mail will be kept for you for later use! That safes time!

2. How can I activate my subscription? I did not receive the email with the activationlink.
   

   HINT: Have a look in your spam folder. Some anti spam programs delete emails online. Add @thankyoo.com to the "whitelist" or list of safe senders.

   Unfortunately some Spam filters react very sensitively to links, others to special words. If we would be able to guarantee that EVERY email gets to the sender - we would be a world concern overnight :)

   Write us an Email we will activate you manually.

3. How can I login. I am already registered
   

   Please have a look at your E-mail folder - Check the spam folder!

   click the activationlink in the email!

   That makes shure, that nobody else can register in your name!

   if you dont find the email just contact us - we will activate your account manually

   Make shure you add @thankyoo.com to the list of "safe senders" in your email program.

4. How can I immediately send vidyoos to individual contacts? I am registered and logged in.
   

   Hint: It is best to start with the current share thankyoo vidyoo. Simply click the field where your contact will be added to your contact list. So within a minute you have given people joy and these contacts will also be available for sharing ALL vidyoos.

   Hint 2: Choose a vidyoo. Directly under a vidyoo you will find the link: Send to individuals immediately.

   • Simply enter first name, surname, e-mail.

   HINT: Click on add recipient to my contacts, and then the contact is available at all times for further sending (on scheduled dates and to specific groups) of vidyoos! And choose wether you want to ask the recipient for a disposition notification.

5. How do I add a single contact? and how do I add many contacts?
   

   You need to be a registered user to be able to add contacts to your recipients list!

   • It’s very efficient to click on “add to my contacts” when you send a vidyoo to someone.

   • Or simply add contacts on your contact page, and enter Name, Email and Birthday if you have it.

     The most elegant version to add many! contacts is to upload a CSV file (you can make it e.g. with excel)

   • To do so: first create a group:

   • Then click "edit group"
   • Download the "exampel CSV" you just need Firstname, Lastname, Email and Birthday (if available) Create your CSV usine Excel - click safe as CSV
   • upload your CSV into the created group - that way you can upload hundreds of contacs in seconds!
6. How can I use thankyoo when I am not registered?
   

   You can send the share thankyoo vidyoo at any time to unlimited recipients. At the end of the vidyoo you will be lead to , simply type the name and email of your recipients - thats it.

7. Can I be a 100 % shure that my email gets to the recipient?
   

   If we would be able to guarantee that EVERY email gets to the sender - we would be a world concern overnight :) We do our very best, to deliver your vidyoo to the recipient and simply can´t guarantee a 100 % that your email gets to the recipient. Some spam filters react on single words, some on links ... It might happen that a word you wrote is on the list of a spam filter.

   HINT Check the box: "Yes, I want to ask the recipient for a disposition notification"

   Note: Not every Mailprovider/Mailclient supports disposition notifications.

8. How do I create groups? and whats that good for?
   

   Creating groups has many advantages

   You can send vidyoos to groups with one click You can organize your contacts more elegant You can send birthday vidyoos to groups You can upload many!! contacts with one click using CSV files (Excel file) ...

   • Create a group here
   • Add your contacts
   • Click "edit" and choose the members for this group out of your contacts.
   • Finished
9. How can I send a birthday vidyoo to all my contacts? What about the contacts for whom I have no date of birth?
   

   It’s a special joy for us to, that thankyoo takes care of everything. Of course only your contacts that have a date of birth receive your personal birthday mail and vidyoo. Also contacts whose dates of birth are added later will automatically receive the birthday mail with your chosen text.

   It’s never been so easy to remember all the birthdays.

10. How can I send a self-chosen vidyoo to individual contacts immediately?
    

    Simply select a vidyoo or just create a collection of favourites. Directly under the vidyoo you find these links: Add to Favourites | send (schedule) to individuals or groups | send to individuals immediately
