Some spam filters react on single words, some on links ... It might happen that a word you wrote is on the list of a spam filter.

HINT Check the box: "Yes, I want to ask the recipient for a disposition notification"

Note: Not every Mailprovider/Mailclient supports disposition notifications.

You can send the share thankyoo vidyoo at any time to unlimited recipients. At the end of the vidyoo you will be lead to , simply type the name and email of your recipients - thats it.

Hint: It is best to start with the current share thankyoo vidyoo. Simply click the field where your contact will be added to your contact list. So within a minute you have given people joy and these contacts will also be available for sharing ALL vidyoos.

Hint 2: Choose a vidyoo. Directly under a vidyoo you will find the link: Send to individuals immediately.

Hint 1: you can also select that your vidyoo will be sent automatically on the contact’s birthday.

Hint 2: The message of your scheduled mail will be kept for you for later use! That safes time!

Directly under the vidyoo - click "send (schedule) to multiple & single contacts" and you will then be sent to the page where you will find the sending schedule.

• Choose recipient by simply clicking their names
• Write message
• Choose date (if you choose the current date, the vidyoo will be sent immediately)
• You can individualize the greeting by simply replacing Hello %FIRSTNAME%, and thankyoo will automatically make sure that each recipient gets an email with their name in it. (Hello %FIRSTNAME% results to e.g. Hello Hans, Hello Yvonne, Hello Bernhard and so on.)
• Finished

If you do not have the birthdays of all your contacts, simply ask them by clicking the "ask for birth date" button in your contacts field. Your chosen contacts will automatically receive an e-mail and they can easily write the birthday to your database.

• Choose a vidyoo:
• Click "send (schedule) to multiple & single contacts" under the vidyoo.
• Write your message
• Simply click: Send on birthdays. The recipient will then receive your mail with a link to a personalized vidyoo on his/her birthday.

HINT: You can also send Birthday Vidyoos to groups! Every recipient will get his personal vidyoo on his birthday, with his personal message!

Sending group birthday vidyoos is especially elegant and simple.

Complete the usual steps to send email – simply click the "Yes, I want this to send a birthday vidyoo " button! Each of your group contacts receives the selected vidyoo automatically sent on his birthday and of course with a personal salutation!

It’s a special joy for us to, that thankyoo takes care of everything. Of course only your contacts that have a date of birth receive your personal birthday mail and vidyoo. Also contacts whose dates of birth are added later will automatically receive the birthday mail with your chosen text.

It’s never been so easy to remember all the birthdays.

You need to be a registered user to be able to add contacts to your recipients list!

• It’s very efficient to click on “add to my contacts” when you send a vidyoo to someone.

• Or simply add contacts on your contact page, and enter Name, Email and Birthday if you have it.

  The most elegant version to add many! contacts is to upload a CSV file (you can make it e.g. with excel)

• To do so: first create a group:

• Download the "exampel CSV" you just need Firstname, Lastname, Email and Birthday (if available) Create your CSV usine Excel - click safe as CSV
• upload your CSV into the created group - that way you can upload hundreds of contacs in seconds!

Of course all your contact data will remain in place. However, you can no longer use “groups” and no longer send on a scheduled date. A sending schedule, which you have already created, will continue over the Free Trial subscription period and will be put on hold, and therefore any relevant vidyoos will no longer be sent.

If you decide later for a LIFE or a WORKLIFE subscription, you can reactivate your schedule and of course also use the group functions.
